The Essential Inspection covers the core components & big ticket items of the home.

The Standard Inspection is a full exterior & interior, room by room walkthrough, which includes the testing of all operational components within & outside the home, careful observation for safety hazards & standards, and the investigation of any observed concerns.

The Thorough Inspection is the pinnacle of inspections, it excels beyond the industry standards & is the pride of My Home Inspection Group. It includes the complete Standard Inspection & goes even further, offering you a single mold swab & laboratory analysis and available permit history report.
